Description

With the help of "Topmost Windows Manager" you can change the program windows to the topmost windows or back to the normal windows. The topmost windows get a special system flag so that the system keeps them permanently in the foreground. Unfortunately, Windows has no built-in tools to set this flag. That's why some programs offer this functionality themselves, known as "Keep Always On Top", "Always On Top" or simply "On Top". For the other windows of the system, our "Topmost Windows Manager" could be used.

The program helps you to quickly see which windows are *topmost*. The manager is always available in the system tray and can be called at any time. In addition, the key combination Ctrl+Alt+T can be used for the active window.

The program requires very little memory and consumes minimal system resources.
